1. Digital Products

All sales of downloadable materials are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. Physical Products

Refunds or exchanges may be considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery. Clients are encouraged to inspect goods upon receipt. For details on how physical products are transported and packaged, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable except where the fault lies with Komasava Consults Ltd.

3. Consultancy & Training Services

Refunds depend on cancellation timing and service commencement status.

4. Online Training Courses

Once access is granted, refunds are not issued.
